1. Scope of Application
This policy applies only to purchases made on us.varunebike.com. For purchases through Amazon or other third-party sellers, please refer to their respective return policies.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days from the day the product is received (including the day). The e-bike must be unused, free of dirt, dust, or odors, and returned in the original condition and packaging. Otherwise, a 10–30% depreciation fee will apply based on labor, logistics, damage, and resale value.
3. How to Request a Return (RMA Process)
Please contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Email support@varunebike.com within 15 calendar days, providing your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. If eligible, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Non-quality issue: You must ship the item to our provided address at your expense, following our packing instructions.
- Quality issue: We will send you a return shipping label at no cost.
- Clearly mark the RMA number inside the package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Please use a trackable shipping method. If the item is lost or damaged during your return shipment, you will be responsible, and any loss will be deducted from your refund.
4. Non-Quality Issue Returns
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 5% transaction fee will be deducted (charged by the payment processor, not Varun).
- Depreciation fee: 10–30% depending on the condition of the returned product and repackaging requirements.

We recommend adding insurance to your return shipment. Varun is not responsible for any loss or damage during return transit.
5. Quality Issue Returns
If your product has major quality defects, email support@varunebike.com within 15 calendar days and provide clear photo or video evidence.
- Within 15 calendar days: Full refund or free replacement. Return shipping and transaction fees are waived.
- If a replacement is agreed upon, return the original bike first, and we will ship a new one upon receipt.
- For missing or defective parts, we may ship free replacements after case evaluation.
- After 15 calendar days: Please refer to our Warranty Policy.
Minor issues not eligible for free return/refund:
- Minor packaging damage
- Slight scratches or cosmetic imperfections
- Bent but functional parts due to shipping
- Replaceable handlebar parts
Our support team reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a major defect. For minor defects (e.g. sticker peeling, minor paint chipping), partial compensation may be offered upon request.
6. Shipping Damage Returns
If your bike is severely damaged during shipping, you may refuse the package or contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery with clear photo/video proof. We will arrange a replacement or resolution accordingly.
Note: Minor damage (e.g., outer box dents, paint scratches, bent but functional parts) is not eligible for a full return or refund under this policy.

All returns must be pre-authorized by our support team. Do not return items without receiving the RMA and official instructions.

9. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Credit/debit card refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal refunds are returned to your PayPal balance.
