Return & Refund Policy

We keep returns clear. Orders placed on us.varunebike.com may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery when they meet the conditions below.

Where this policy applies

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly on us.varunebike.com.
  • Orders placed through Amazon or other third-party sellers follow the return rules of that platform.

Return window

  • You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the day your order is delivered.
  • Items should be unused, clean, odor-free, and in the original packaging.
  • Used items or damaged packaging may incur a 10-30% depreciation deduction based on condition and resale value.
  • Requests made after 30 calendar days are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

  • Email support@varunebike.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team typically replies within 24 hours.
  • If approved, we will issue an RMA and provide return instructions.
  • Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
  • Please use a trackable shipping method. If a return is lost or damaged in transit, the related loss may be deducted from the refund.

Non-quality returns

  • The customer pays return shipping.
  • A 5% transaction fee is deducted by the payment processor.
  • If the bike shows use, wear, or incomplete packaging, a 10-30% depreciation fee may apply.

Quality issues

  • For major defects, contact us within 30 calendar days and include clear photo or video proof.
  • Eligible cases may receive a full refund or free replacement.
  • For approved quality issues, return shipping and transaction fees are waived.
  • After 30 calendar days, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

Minor cosmetic issues, outer-box wear, or replaceable parts may not qualify for a full return or refund.

Shipping damage

  • If your order arrives with significant shipping damage, refuse the package or contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.
  • Please include clear photo or video evidence so we can arrange the next step quickly.

Refund timing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal refunds are returned to your PayPal balance.

Authorized return address

Returns must be pre-authorized. Do not ship items back until you receive the official RMA and instructions from our support team.
