What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmation, and delivery time usually takes 6-12 business days.
Where are your products shipped from?
We ship from our local U.S. warehouses and Canada warehouses. Your order will be dispatched from the closest warehouse with available stock to ensure fast delivery.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical residential or business address when placing your order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window for unused products in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@varunebike.com. For full details, please visit our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, if your order has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@varunebike.com. Once shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed.
Do you offer financing or installment payments?
Yes. We partner with third-party providers like Klarna or Afterpay to offer flexible payment plans. You can choose your plan at checkout, subject to approval.

How can I determine the right size for a Varun e-bike?
You can find size information on each Varun electric bike page. Additionally, the seat on the Varun e-bike is adjustable, allowing you to customize it to your riding height.
Is my e-bike covered by warranty?
Yes. All Varun e-bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Learn more on our Warranty Policy page.
Do I need a license or registration to ride an e-bike?
In most U.S. states, Class 1 and Class 2 e-bikes do not require a license or registration. Please check your local regulations for details.
How do I contact customer support?
The Varun e-bike is suitable for riders who weigh less than 150 kg (330 lbs). Additionally, when using the e-bike, ensure that you do not exceed the weight limit specified by Varun for carrying additional items.
How should I store the battery?
You can reach our support team by emailing support@varunebike.com. We usually respond within 1 business day.
How should I select a charger for my battery?
When charging your e-bike, always use the charger provided in the e-bike box. If your charger becomes damaged, please promptly purchase a new charger from our website. It is not recommended to use chargers from other brands indiscriminately.
Can I charge the battery off the bike, just like taking it inside?
Varun e-bikes feature a removable battery that you can take out and charge at home, or you can charge it directly on the bike.
How long does the battery typically last before it needs replacement?
The battery of Varun e-bicycles usually lasts for around 3 years or more, depending on usage. It is recommended to replace the battery when its range is reduced to half of its original range or when it no longer meets your riding needs.
Does the bike come with an installation tool?
Yes, each of our products, including the bike, comes with an installation tool along with a charger, battery, and user guide.
