There is absolutely no customer service with this bike. I have sent numerous emails with no answers at all! I noticed they also delete any kind of negative feedbacks so the reviews do not tell the true story. Another word of caution: The replacement battery for this bike costs almost as much as the bike, so when the battery gives out you just have a regular pedal bike. Varun needs to step up and treat their customers better. If you don't believe me try sending them an email and see how much response you get. They also need to make the replacement parts more reasonably priced. It's a shame, I am planning to buy another bike in the near future but unless things change it will not be with Varun.
