I was a little nervous buying my first ebike, but the S20-1 has been amazing. The seat and handlebars are easy to adjust, and the bike feels very balanced. I mainly ride on bike paths and neighborhood roads, and it’s super comfortable.
The bike arrived mostly assembled and was easy to set up. Highly recommend for women riders.
I use the S20-1 almost every day to commute about 8 miles round trip. The pedal assist is smooth and doesn’t feel jumpy, even when starting from a stop. Hills that used to slow me down are no longer an issue. The fat tires feel very stable on rough city roads and potholes.
Battery life has been solid — I usually charge it every 3–4 days. It’s comfortable, easy to ride, and feels well built. Perfect for daily commuting.
Folds easily, fits in my car trunk. Lightweight and fast. Battery lasts all week for my work rides. Love it!
