1. Shipping Regions

  • We ship to the lower 48 states in the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories).
  • We also ship to most regions in Canada.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in the United States and Canada, depending on product availability and customer location.

4. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Standard Delivery: 6–12 business days depending on location and carrier conditions.
  • Pre-Orders or Backorders: Estimated delivery time will be listed on the product page.

A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped.

5. Order Tracking

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
  • You can track your order through your account at us.varunebike.com or by contacting support@varunebike.com.
  • If tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is not received, please contact us within 3 business days.
  • Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

6. Carriers Used

We ship using trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post. Carrier selection depends on your location and product type.

7. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Before shipment: Free address changes and cancellations are accepted.
  • After shipment:
    • Address change (if successful): $30 fee
    • Order cancellation or delivery refusal: $250 restocking fee
    • Return after delivery: $250 restocking fee

These fees help cover labor, logistics, and product handling costs.

8. Shipping Delays

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days after shipping, please contact support@varunebike.com with your order number.

Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

9. Limitations & Responsibility

  • We do not ship to customers under 18 years of age. All minors must ride under adult supervision.
  • We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft caused by FedEx, UPS, or other carriers.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning a product.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
