Warranty Policy
We provide a 1-year warranty for each Varun e-bike, excluding all wear and tear items as well as free accessories. The warranty begins from the day of receiving the bike.
PLEASE NOTE: This Limited Warranty only applies to the products sold on the Varun US official website (us.varunebike.com). Other purchase channels (Amazon, offline dealers, etc.) follow their respective warranty policies.
Warranty Period and Eligibility
The warranty is automatically registered when the initial purchaser orders and receives the product from our online shop, and applies only to the initial purchaser.
The subsequent owner may benefit from the warranty only if:
- The 1-year warranty period since initial receipt has not expired;
- The new owner provides the initial purchaser’s name and original order number.
Warranty Coverage
Varun will replace any component deemed defective or damaged (including shipment damage), except when caused by user error.
- Frame: 1 year
- Battery: 1 year
- Motor: 1 year
- Charger: 1 year
Note: Water damage is not covered under this warranty.
Exclusions (Not Covered)
- Failure caused by improper use, maintenance, or adjustment contrary to the “Ride’s Guide”.
- User self-disassembly, repair, modification, or non-compliance with use rules.
- Failures due to improper use, storage, or accidents.
- Costs for unauthorized repairs at other shops.
- Minor scratches or damage to outer packaging caused during logistics.
- Consumable parts such as tires, saddles, plastic parts, brakes, brake rotors, brake pads, brake lines, surface scratches, etc.
- Accessories purchased separately unless defective on arrival (Dead on Arrival).
- Electronic damage caused by water ingress.
How to Apply for Warranty
- Take a clear photo or short video showing the issue.
- Send a brief description, photo/video evidence, order number, and purchase platform to support@varunebike.com.
- We will diagnose and provide a solution if possible.
- If further troubleshooting is needed, you may be asked to follow instructions and send additional photos/videos.
- After verifying your order and shipping details, we will send replacement parts or accessories free of charge.
Important Notes
- Warranty claims require clear proof (photos/videos). Varun reserves the right to determine eligibility.
- We do not ship warranty parts or accept returns to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address.
