Warranty

This warranty applies to Varun electric bikes, scooters, and accessories purchased directly from us.varunebike.com. It adds to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Coverage by category
- 1 year for core components: frame, motor, controller, handlebar, and disc brakes.
- 6 months for electronic accessories: battery, charger, brake levers, and thumb shifter.
- 1 month for cosmetic or easy-wear parts: tires, fenders, lights, bell, saddle, battery panel, decorative covers, and pedal covers.
Warranty coverage is intended for the original retail purchaser. If proof of original purchase is available, later owners may receive limited support at our discretion.
Labor and shipping
- Warranty labor within the 1-year coverage period is covered by Varun.
- Customers may still be responsible for shipping costs, usually between $35-$80, depending on region and issue type.
What we may require
- Proof of original purchase.
- Your order number and product serial number.
- Clear photos or video showing the issue.
- Return of the defective part before replacement, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
What is not covered
- Improper assembly or unauthorized modification.
- Accidents, misuse, abusive riding, corrosion, or environmental exposure.
- Lack of routine maintenance.
- Normal wear items such as brake pads, rotors, chains, bearings, cables, grips, sprockets, spokes, gears, bolts, paint scratches, decals, or minor frame noise.
Third-party components
Some bikes include drivetrain, brake, or other parts from third-party brands. Those components may carry separate manufacturer warranties and may not be covered under the Varun warranty.
Shipping damage
- Shipping damage must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
- Please keep the packaging and send clear photos or video.
- Damage from self-arranged shipping, including freight forwarders, is not covered.
Limit of liability
Varun is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our maximum responsibility under this warranty is repair or replacement of the defective part.
