Shipping policy

We keep shipping simple. Most in-stock orders leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days and arrive in 6-9 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Where we ship

  • Lower 48 U.S. states.
  • Most regions in Canada.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping fees

  • Orders over $99: free shipping.
  • Orders of $99 or less: $20 shipping fee.
  • Prices shown on our site are tax-inclusive. No additional sales tax is charged at checkout.

Processing and delivery

  • In-stock orders: 1-2 business days to process.
  • Standard delivery: usually 6-9 business days after dispatch.
  • Pre-orders and backorders: the estimated ship window is shown on the product page.
  • Orders may ship in multiple packages.

Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent after dispatch.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
  • If tracking shows Delivered but you have not received the package, contact us within 3 business days.

Address changes and cancellations

  • Before shipment: address changes and cancellations are free.
  • After shipment: a successful address change may incur a $30 fee.
  • Delivery refusal, cancellation after shipment, or return after delivery may incur a $250 restocking fee.

Delays and exceptions

  • Severe weather, holidays, customs, and carrier disruptions can affect timing.
  • If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after shipment, contact support with your order number.
