The Universal Speed Controller was easy to install and works great. The only complaint I would add is the amount of time it took to receive the unit. The website says "They are in stock, ready to ship". I submitted my order on August 12th and received the unit Sept 20th.
The customer service is awesome fast reply, kindness, honesty.

This is a very wonderful product for its value I would definitely recommend this e-bike to anyone.
The X-Plorer has incredible power. The 750W motor makes climbing steep hills effortless, and the fat tires give me confidence on rough trails. I ride every weekend and it’s been flawless so far.
The Raptor is super fast and really fun to ride. Only thing I wish was better is the weight—it’s a little heavy to move around when not riding. Still, on the road it feels unstoppable.
