Purchase this bike from another store, like Amazon or Walmart; their customer service is much better, and the buyer is guaranteed a refund. This site's customer service sucks and never replies to email. I bought this bike and requested a cancellation because the site was never clear on which color product was in stock; they shipped it without informing me, and now I'm stuck in the process of requesting a refund.
