Purchase this bike from another store, like Amazon or Walmart; their customer service is much better, and the buyer is guaranteed a refund. This site's customer service sucks and never replies to email. I bought this bike and requested a cancellation because the site was never clear on which color product was in stock; they shipped it without informing me, and now I'm stuck in the process of requesting a refund.
I bought this bike for myself, but once I put it together my feet couldn't reach the pedals when they where all the way down. I lowered the seat as far as it will go and it didn't help. My adult son loves it though, so it's his bike now and he takes it work instead of driving.
I've had my bike about a month and have put almost 100 miles on it already. I love it. Only issue I've seen is having to tighten everything up fairly often. The seat turns slightly, which is actually ok when I look over my shoulder for traffic but I haven't been able to tighten the handle bars as tight as I'd like. And the reflectors won't go on correctly. But the battery life is awesome and the speed is perfect. Love my ebike.
Ordered the red color bike for my son's birthday. Bike came quickly but it was the wrong color (came as silver). Emailed/called support line and received no response. We put the bike together and both tires do not hold air they go flat almost immediately. Emailed/called support line again and still no response.
Just want to ride an ebike
I purchased the 20" fat tire bike. So far it has been great. Comfortable to ride and is smaller than other "mountain bike" styles I have seen. Reasonably priced. I am 5'2 and 135lbs. This one is very comfortable for me and my size. It's better than I had expected. Feels like it is sturdy and will last.

Battery life is better than expected — I only charge it every few days. It’s a reliable ebike that actually makes getting around easier and more enjoyable.
